HDev has learned that leadership development is often best accomplished (and most cost-efficient) in a three (3) to five (5) day workshop classroom setting. This allows eighteen (18) to twenty-four (24) people to participate in an immersive, interactive experience that provides the opportunity for mutual, integrative learning that benefits both themselves and their organization. This approach also provides an excellent forum for addressing difficult organizational issues, challenges, and opportunities. Follow-up meetings can be scheduled to discuss participant experiences and actions that resulted from the workshop and further refine the participant’s skills and approaches.
